Clearway is with you from start to finish!
We begin by meeting for a cup of coffee where you can share your event vision. Following our coffee you will be asked to fill out a simple survey "Where Am I at with My Event?". From there, we will determine your Wish List for the event and begin planning!
You will receive a copy of your personalized Planning Calendar.
We will schedule the following meetings:
o 1 year – 6 months before your event: We meet 4 - 6 times.
o 5 months – 2 months before your event: We meet 1 - 2 times a month.
o 1 month – your event day: We meet weekly.
Among other things, full planning includes:
o Assistance in establishing your event theme, colours and formalities.
o Assistance with all vendor hires.
o Prepare an event budget.
o Contract negotiation and review.
o Payment schedule for vendors.
o Event timeline.
o Vendor confirmation/coordination.
o Event coordination.
o Assistance with set-up as needed.
